Company 2193000 Ontario Inc., with its registered office at 51 Centennial Road, Orangeville, ON Canada, reg. no. 2193000 ("Major Shareholder"), as the major shareholder of PAP Packaging, a.s., with its registered office at Pod Svatoborem 41, Sušice II, 342 01 Sušice, ID No.: 45357056 ("Company"), hereby informs the former shareholders of the Company whose shares were transferred to the Main Shareholder as part of a compulsory transfer of participation securities pursuant to Section 375 et seq. of Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on Commercial Companies and Cooperatives (the Business Corporations Act; "ZOK"), based on the decision of the Company’s general meeting of June 17, 2025, that on August 22, 2025, the former shareholders of the Company exercised their right to compensation within the meaning of Section 390 of the ZOK.
